Mr. Anupam Kulshrestha, learned senior advocate assisted by Mr. Namit Srivastava, learned advocate appear on behalf of petitioners. Mr. Kulshrestha submits, his clients provide event management services. He draws attention to page no.62 to submit, the city Magistrate as on 19.2.2025 granted permission for holding the Mela. Purportedly acting on basis of a complaint, the City Magistrate cancelled the permission on 19.3.2025 (page no. 62). Subsequent thereto, the complainant and owner of the property have been called for hearing on 19.4.2025. In the circumstances, he seeks quashing of the cancellation and direction upon the City Magistrate to also allow his client opportunity of hearing on 19.4.2025. 2. Mr. Mohan Srivastava, learned advocate, Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State and on query, confirms that hearing has been called by the City Magistrate on 19.4.2025. 3. Impugned cancellation dated 19.3.2025 is set aside and quashed. Respondent no. 3 is directed to allow petitioners as well, opportunity of hearing on 19.4.2025 and thereupon, take decision regarding whether the permission granted on 19.2.2025 is to be continued or cancelled. 4.
