Petitioners, through the medium of this petition, filed under Section 528 BNSS, seek quashment of impugned FIR No. 0125/2023 dated 03.08.2023, registered at Police Station Poonch, by respondent No. 1, at the instance of respondent No. 2, for offences under Sections 366 and 109 IPC. 02. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners shall be satisfied, if the instant petition is disposed of at this stage, with a direction Serial No.04 2 to the Investigating Agency to get the statement of petitioner No. 2, namely, Mandeep Kour, be recorded before the Magistrate with regard to the offences under Sections 366 and 109 IPC alleged to have been committed by petitioner No. 1 and other accused persons. 03.
