1. Today, the case has been called twice but no one has put in appearance on behalf of the appellants.
2. As per the office report, notices was issued to appellants. Appellant No.1(i) is reported to be dead. Appellants No.1(ii), (iii) and (v) served through brother but none has appeared on their behalf. Appellant No.1(iv) is duly served but none has appeared on his behalf. No one has appeared on behalf of appellant No.1(vi) despite service. Same was the situation for quite some time. The appeal is pertaining to the year 2000. It seems that appellants are not interested in pursuing the present appeal.
3. In such circumstances, no useful purpose would be served by keeping the appeal on the docket, indefinitely.
4. Accordingly, the instant appeal stands dismissed for want of prosecution with liberty to the appellants to revive the same, if have any grievance from this order, within a period of three months from today.
