Petitioner happens to be the brother-in-law of the informant. It is alleged that petitioner used to molest her and subsequently also, raped her. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
