Matter comes upon an application for grant of interim bail to attend the marriage of the real sister of the petitioner to perform the necessary rituals of marriage which is scheduled to be held on 16.01.2025. 2. On 13.01.2025, the learned Public Prosecutor was directed to get the verification report regarding factum of marriage from the concerned Police Station. In pursuance of the aforesaid order, the concerned SHO, Police Station Sadar Dausa has submitted its report dated 14.01.2025 which indicates that marriage of the real sister of the petitioner is scheduled to be held on 16.01.2025. 3. Considering the above factual aspect of the matter, the instant application for grant of interim bail stands allowed. The petitioner is granted interim bail for a period of seven days i.e. from 15.01.2025 till 22.01.2025, subject to furnishing a personal [2025:RJ-JP:1903] (2 of 2) [CRLMB-349/2025] bond to the tune of Rs.1,00,000/- with two sureties of Rs.50,000/- each to the satisfaction of the Trial Court. 4. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the jail authorities on or before 22.01.2025 at 5:00 P.M. 5.
