The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Harla P.S. Case No. 78 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 103, 61(2) & 111(2) of B.N.S. and Section 27(3) of Arms Act, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bokaro. On 18.07.2024 at about 08:00 am, the brother of the informant namely Shankar Rawani was shot dead by unknown persons. Suspicion was raised upon the petitioner and other co-accused persons that they might have shot the deceased due to previous enmity. It was submitted that though the petitioner is named in the F.I.R., but there is no specific allegation against him. It was further submitted that the petitioner has been made an accused only on the basis of suspicion. It was finally submitted that several similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court earlier. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bokaro, in connection with Harla P.S.
