IN THE HIGH COURT OF JHARKHAND AT RANCHI B.A. No.4808 of 2025 Abhijit Kumar Rana … Petitioner Versus The State of Jharkhand … Opposite Party Coram: HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE PRADEEP KUMAR SRIVASTAVA For the Petitioner : Mr. Zaid Imam, Adv. For the State : Mr. Someshwar Roy, Addl. P.P. Order No.04/Dated- 05.02.2026 Perused the Letter No.10/2026 dated 16.01.2026 received from the concerned trial court, it has been apprised that there is one important witness, i.e., I.O. of this case, who has yet to be examined. Therefore, Presiding Officer has prayed for further two months' time to conclude the trial, since the seized articles are essential to be produced and F.S.L. reports are also to be proved on behalf of the prosecution. Considering the aforesaid facts, learned trial court seeking two months' time to conclude the trial appears to be reasonable. Therefore, two months' time is allowed to conclude the trial.
