2. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 56 of 2024 arising out of Bodam P.S. Case No. 51 of 2023 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 18 of 2024, for the offences registered under Section 302/34 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Jamshedpur.
3. Bail Application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide B.A. No. 786 of 2024 by order dated 03.05.2024.
4. Learned lawyer appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that there is no allegation of assault against him. It was further submitted that the only allegation against the petitioner is that he was involved in the occurrence. It was finally submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 07.11.2023.
5. Mr. Shiv Shankar Kumar, learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail.
6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Jamshedpur in connection with S.T. Case No. 56 of 2024 arising out of Bodam P.S. Case No. 51 of 2023 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 18 of 2024.
