Nanda, Advocate --- 03/18.11.2025 Heard the parties. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 215 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 109, 117, 126(2), 351(3), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, later on, Section 103 of the B.N.S. has been added, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ramgarh. On 02.08.2024 at about 7:00 A.M., there was some altercation between the accused persons and the husband of the informant over irrigation of land. The accused persons are alleged to have given a hoe blow on the husband of the informant, due to which he succumbed to his injuries. It was submitted that the occurrence had taken place due to the dispute over irrigation of land. It was further submitted that there is general allegation against all the accused persons. Mr. K. S. Nanda, learned counsel for the informant has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that there is allegation of assault against four persons including the petitioner. It appears that co-accused Laxman Mahto @ Hazari Mahto has been granted bail by this Court earlier. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ramgarh, in connection with Ramgarh P.S.
