The instant appeal has been filed by the appellant being aggrieved by the order dated 11.02.2020 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Raipur, District Raipur in Criminal Complaint Case No. 870/2013 whereby the complaint filed by the appellant has been dismissed and the respondent has been acquitted from the charge under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act.
