Case No. 32 of 2025 for the offences registered under Section 69 of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 4 and 6 of the POCSO Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III-cum-POCSO Special Court, Deoghar. 3. The petitioner is alleged to have established consensual physical relationship with the daughter of the informant on the pretext of marriage. The age of the victim is stated to be 14 years. 4. From paragraph-49 of the case diary, it appears that the victim has appeared in the matriculation examination and her date of birth, as per admit card has been stated to be 01.01.2011. 5. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is rejected. (Ambuj Nath, J.) R.Kr. 04.11.2025
