This is an application for condonation of 72 days of delay in filing the present revision application. The application, though vehemently opposed by learned Advocate Mr. Amey Sawant for the Respondent, appears to have sufficient cause made out for condoning the delay. For reasons stated above, delay in filing the Criminal Revision Application is condoned. Application is allowed. 5.
