GP FOR HIGHER EDUCATION The Court made the following order: 2 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE TARLADA RAJASEKHAR RAO WRIT PETITION NO.29766 of 2024 ORDER: The writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief: “…to issue an appropriate writ more in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents more particularly the 1st Respondent in not notifying the fee structure of the Petitioner-Institution for the block period 2024-25 to 2025- 26, despite recommendations of the 2nd Respondent vide E File No.2590843 as being arbitrary, illegal and violative of Articles 14 and 19 of the Constitution of India and violative of A.P.Educational Institutions (Regulations of Admissions and Prohibition of Capitation Fee) Act 1983 and the Andhra Pradesh Higher Education Monitoring and Regulatory Commission Act and Rules, Regulations framed therein and consequently direct the 1st and 2nd Respondents to determine the fee structure for the Petitioner institution and issue such other writ or order or direction as deemed fit and proper in the circumstances of case.” 2. Mr.Mathukumilli Srivijay, learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that in view of the interim orders, dated 19.12.2024 passed by this Court, no further orders are required in this matter and hence, prayed to close the writ petition and also endorsed the same on the bundle. 3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
