Prasad, Advocate For the State : Mr. Shailesh Kr. Sinha, A.P.P -------- 02/ Dated 17.11.2025 Heard the parties. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Barkagaon P.S. Case No. 73 of 2025, for the offence under Section 111(2)(b) of B.N.S and Sections 25(1-B) (a)/26/35 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of Sri Abhinav Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Hazaribagh. On 21.03.2025 at about 10:40 p.m., Barkagaon police on the basis of confidential information that criminals have assembled near Birsa Project, Kanta Ghar, raided the place of occurrence and apprehended the petitioner and co-accused. It was submitted that firearm was recovered from the possession of co-accused. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Abhinav Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Hazaribagh, or his successor, in connection with Barkagaon P.S.
