ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 5th and 6th Respondents came to the petitioners house inside of his bed room on 22-07-2018 at about 8-40 A.M along with 9th respondent and his henchmen to take away the petitioner from his house forcibly without having any crime against the petitioner to Narpala Police Station, Anantapur District, State of Andhra Pradesh in Innova Vehicle, obtaining signatures on Four empty white papers, Tree Promissory Notes and four filled papers by beating the petitioner to pay the amounts to 9th respondent by giving 10 days time to the petitioner to pay the amount to 9th respondent otherwise to send him jail by implicating false pending cases in their police station is illegal, arbitrary and against the powers of the police as well as Violation of the Article 21 of the Constitution of India and Consequently direct the Respondent Nos. 5 and 6 to pay the 5,00,000/- compensation jointly to the Petitioner by illegal detention and beating with threatening from 22-07-2018 to 23- 07-2018 eying 6.00 P.M., by causing mental agony and psychological and physical harassment to the Petitioner on the influence of the 9th respondent without any cause, case or reason against the petitioner is illegal and misuse of the police powers conformed by the Statue as well as Violation of Article 21 of the Constitution of India.”

3. Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, would submit that Respondents – Police Officials were transferred from that place and there is no truth in the allegation of interference of Police officials in the

civil disputes between the parties. Recording the same, the petition may be
disposed of.
4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedies before appropriate forum in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
