The Court:- This is an application for grant of probate of the last Will and Testament dated May 5, 2024 left behind by the above-named deceased. The testatrix is survived by four legal heirs being her husband, one son and two daughters. The husband of the testatrix is the executor and the applicant. The only son and two daughters have consented to the grant by filing affidavits of consent. The Will has been proved in common form by one of the attesting witnesses. Having regard to the above and since the file has been placed before this Court by the Registrar Insolvency for grant, upon complete scrutiny by the department, therefore, considering the view of the department, this application for grant of probate is allowed by passing orders in terms of prayer (a) of the petition.
