ORAL ORDER
The petitioner has sought for a writ in the nature of mandamus to consider his representations dated 15.01.2021 and 10.10.2024 demanding interest at the rate of 8% per annum, on the belated payment of the arrears of salary.
2. The petitioner contends that the representations have now been considered and the same are rejected and therefore, this writ petition does not survive for consideration. However, he prays that liberty may be reserved to the petitioner to challenge the orders rejecting the representations.
3. In view of the aforesaid and the memo filed, this writ petition is dismissed as it has become infructuous. It is always open for the petitioner to challenge the endorsement issued by the respondents rejecting the representations of the petitioner.
