Neither in the order dated 27.05.2024 of learned Single Judge nor in the subsequent notice dated 17.08.2024 issued by the complainant-petitioner to the Tahsildar, any time limit is prescribed for compliance of the direction of the court. 2. The direction issued was to consider the representation of the complainant in relation to conducting of phodi and durast. - 3 -

3. In absence of time limit having been set down for the purpose, it is not possible to conclude at this stage that any contempt, much less a wilful contempt is committed by any of the respondents. 4.
While this contempt petition is accordingly not entertained, in view that the directions of the court should not go uncomplied with, the respondents are directed to comply with the directions of learned Single Judge within eight weeks from the date of receipt of service of this order. 5.
