On perusal of the order sheet, it discloses that the counsel for the petitioner is absent from the date of listing the matter before the Court and except filing of this petition, he has not made any efforts to comply with the office objection from 2023. On 06.11.2024, this Court observed that revision petition came to be filed on 19.12.2023 and till date, office objections are not complied and finally a week’s time was granted to cure the office objections on cost of Rs.500/-. Inspite of the said order also the counsel for the petitioner not appeared before the Court and not complied with the office objections as well as not paid the cost.
