Heard the parties. 2. The only prayer made in this writ petition is for a direction upon the Superintendent of Police, Hazaribagh (Respondent No.4) to dispose the representation dated 06.11.2024 (Anenxure-3), filed by the petitioner, considering the Government Resolution No.217 dated 18.01.2017. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that suffice it would be if a direction is given to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner and pass a reasoned order on the representation. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State 2025:JHHC:34226 2 submits that if the petitioner files a fresh representation annexing the resolution and all other documents which is in favour of the petitioner, the same will be considered and an appropriate order will be passed. 5. Without entering into the merit of this case, considering the said submission, I direct the petitioner to file a detailed representation before the Superintendent of Police, Hazaribagh- Respondent No.4 within a period of three weeks. On receipt of the said representation, the case of the petitioner will be considered by him within a period of six weeks. 6. The respondents are expected to pass an order, considering the resolution and the applicability of the same so far as the facts of this case is concerned. If the respondent No.4 finds that the petitioner is entitled for any benefit, the same should also be extended to the petitioner. 7. If the claim of the petitioner is rejected for any reason, the reasoned order should be communicated to the petitioner. 8. With the aforesaid observation, this writ petition stands disposed of.
