Heard the parties.
2. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 30/2025 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 346/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 319(2), 61(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2) & 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 66B, 66C & 66D of the I.T. Act, pending in the Court of Sri Aditya, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Dumka.
3. On 29.03.2025, Ramgarh (Dumka) Police, apprehended co-accused Anshu Kumar Mandal and recovered cash, mobile phone and other e-gadgets from his possession. It is alleged that co-accused Anshu Kumar Mandal confessed that he was involved in cybercrime with this petitioner and other associates.
4. It was submitted that apart from confession of co-accused, there is no material available against this petitioner on record. It was further submitted that co-accused Anshu Kumar Mandal and Man Kumar Mandal @ Mon Kumar Mandal have been granted bail by this Court earlier.
5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Aditya, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Dumka or his successor in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 30/2025 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 346/2025.
