Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Borio P.S. Case No. 25 of 2025 corresponding to G.R. No. 397 of 2025 for the offence registered under Section 103(1), 238 of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of Sri S.K. Verma, learned Judicial Magistrate, Sahibganj.

On 31.03.2025 at about 8.00 am, dead body of the daughter of the informant was found near Motipahari Soil Mine. Suspicion has been raised against the petitioner that he might have committed the murder of her daughter, as prior to three days of the occurrence, there was quarrel between the petitioner and the deceased.

Attention has been drawn towards the postmortem report. It appears that there was no mechanical injury, either external or internal on the person of the deceased.

In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri S.K. Verma, learned Judicial Magistrate, Sahibganj, or his successor, in connection with Borio P.S. Case No. 25 of 2025 corresponding to G.R. No. 397 of 2025.
