Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. Instructions submitted by learned Standing Counsel are taken on record. 3. This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "Issue a writ/order or direction in nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to make amal daramad of the order dated 9.10.2024 passed by respondent Commissioner, Aligarh Division, in case no. no.2/Aligarh 261/2022 (Maya Devi Vs. State of U.P.) the present Khatauni by which the order dated 29.2.2016 passed by Up Ziladhikari, Koil, Aligarh passed in proceeding u/s 33/39 Land Revenue Act has been set aside and lease of plot no. area 354 0.115 hectare situate in village Maheshpur, Pargana and Tehsil Koil, District Aligarh which was proposed by L.M.C. on 23.12.1988 and was approved by Up Ziladhikari on 1.8.1989 been maintained. ii) Issue a writ/order or direction in nature of mandamus and restrain the respondents from raising any construction over the petitioner's bhumidhari land plot no. 354 area 0.115 hectare, situate in village Maheshpur, Tehsil Koil, District Aligarh and not to interfere in peaceful of petitioner in aforesaid plot." 4. On the basis of instructions, learned Standing Counsel has submitted that order dated 9.10.2024 has been incorporated in the revenue records. 5. In view of the above, nothing survives to be decided in the writ petition. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition is consigned to record.
