Learned Additional Advocate General prays for and is allowed ten days’ time to have instructions from the respondents and to ensure release of admissible pension in favour of the petitioner in terms of the aforesaid PPO authorized in petitioner’s favour. List on 26.12.2025.” 2. Pursuant to above order, learned Deputy Advocate General has placed on record office instructions 1 Whether reporters of print and electronic media may be allowed to see the order? Yes. 2 dated 17.12.2025 from the Executive Engineer, Jal Shakti Division, Sundernagar, conveying that previous pension arrears due to the petitioner for the period 06/2025 to 11/2025 have been paid vide Bill No.101806, dated 08.12.2025. That pension for the month of December, 2025 shall be disbursed to the petitioner on 01.01.2026. The petitioner shall be paid recurring pension regularly thereafter. In view of the above, the present writ petition to stand disposed of as the grievance of the petitioner has now been redressed by the respondents.
