With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the matter is heard at this stage. 3. Petitioner’s grievance is that he had applied to the respondents in accordance with law for employment on compassionate grounds on account of the fact that his father late Sh. After attaining the age of majority, the petitioner applied for employment on compassionate grounds on 03.04.2014, however, till date his case of employment on compassionate grounds has not been decided by the respondents. The petitioner seeks directions to the respondents to decided his case for employment on compassionate grounds within time bound schedule. 4. Looking into the limited prayer of the respondent, the petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.2/Competent authority to consider and decided the case of the petitioner for employment on compassionate grounds within six weeks in accordance with law and as per applicable policy. The decision so arrived at shall also be communicated to the petitioner. The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms, so also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
