Mr. Manoj Chauhan and Mr. Amandeep Sharma, Additional Advocates General with Mr. Ankush Thakur and Mr. Balvinder Singh Ballu, Deputy Advocates General, for respondents No.1 to 3/State. CMP No.25127 of 2025 In compliance to the directions passed by this Court on 15.12.2025, the District Magistrate, Shimla, has filed compliance report by way of affidavit, wherein, it has been averred as under:- “That the Sub Division Officer ( C) Theog has reported that as per the field report of Patwari and the self-declaration furnished by the applicant, the annual income of Sh. Paras Ram from all sources has been reported as Rs.22,500/- (Rupees Twenty Two Thousand Five Hundred only). That in view of the above report submitted by Sub Division Officer ( C) Theog, the annual income of Sh. Paras Ram from all sources is Rs.22,500/- per annum.” Therefore, in view of the aforesaid report furnished by the District Magistrate Shimla, since the applicant/appellant is not possessed of sufficient means, he is permitted to institute the present appeal as an indigent person in forma pauperis. Application stands disposed of. CMP(M) No.___/2025/CMP(M)ST No.54165/205 Be registered. Issue notice. Mr. Ankush Thakur, learned Deputy Advocate General, appears and accepts service on notice on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3/State. Separate notice be issued to respondent No.4, returnable for 02.03.2026, on taking steps within a period of three days. In the meantime, reply, if any, by appearing respondents, be also filed.
