CORAM :
SRI ANANDA SEN, J.
------ For the Petitioner(s) : None For the State
: Mr. Anil Kumar Singh, AC to G.P.-I
…...... 06 / 17.11.2025: As no one appears on behalf of the petitioner on repeated calls, this case has been fixed for second half.
2.
Learned counsel for the State submits that earlier the petitioner filed being W.P.(C) No.5654 of 2017, challenging the order dated 31.05.2010 contained in Memo No.1689 i.e. the order of punishment, which is also impugned in this writ petition. He further submits that in the earlier round, W.P.(C) No.5654 of 2017 was simplicitor withdrawn on 07.01.2020 without any liberty. Thus, this writ petition is not maintainable.
3. After hearing learned counsel for the State and the fact that earlier writ petition seeking same relief being W.P.(C) No.5654 of 2017 was withdrawn by the petitioner without any liberty to file a fresh case, I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition, the same is dismissed.
