1. Petitioner has filed this petition claiming the following reliefs:
“10.1 that, This Hon’ble Court, may kindly call for the entire record in relates to the case of the petitioner. 10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court, may kindly be pleased to issued a writ / or writs / order / or orders / to direct the Respondent authorities to decide the representation / application submitted by the Petitioner on 10.06.2025 (Annexure P1), within stipulated period, in the interest of justice. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that petitioner, who is working as a Staff Nurse, and posted at the Community Health Centre, Bagicha, District-Jashpur, is suffering from Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD), and her treatment is being continued in Raipur. In view of her difficulty, she made a request on 10.06.2025, to respondent-1 for her transfer from Bagicha to Raipur but till date, her request for transfer has not been considered by respondent-1/authorities. Hence, respondent-1 may be directed to consider the representation dated 10.06.2025, submitted by the petitioner for her transfer within the stipulated period.
3. On the other hand, learned State counsel opposed the submission of
learned counsel for the petitioner on merits, however, he would submit that State has no objection, if a direction is being made to respondent-1 to consider the pending representation of the petitioner within reasonable time frame in accordance with law.
4. Heard learned counsel for the parties, and perused the documents annexed to the petition.

Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, also considering the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, respondent-1 is directed to take decision on the pending representation of the petitioner dated 10.06.2025 (Annexure P1), for her transfer to Raipur on her own request, on the ground of her ailment, within a period of four weeks from
Wps 8320 of 2025 3 the date of receipt of copy of this order, in accordance with law, on its own merits.
6. Petitioner is directed to produce copy of this order to respondent-1 within a week from today.
