JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 2 07-05-2025 1. Heard the parties. 2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 992 / 2022 dated 11.12.2022 registered under Section 306 of the I.P.C. 3. As per the F.I.R. the informant has alleged that her son namely Suraj Kewat was married to the petitioner about six years ago. The daughter-in-law of the informant had extra marital relation with another person for the last two years due to that the informant’s son Suraj Kewat committed suicide. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no illicit relationship with anyone. From perusal of the F.I.R. it appears that after altercation the deceased sent his wife i.e. petitioner to her parental home and while petitioner was in her parental home the informant’s son Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25738 of 2025(2) dt.07-05-2025 2/2 (deceased) committed suicide. There is no direct allegation of abatement against the petitioner. 5. Regard being had to the submission made by the parties, taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of allegation, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 992 of 2022 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 482 (2) of the B.N.S.S. 2023. praful/- (Anil Kumar Sinha, J) U T
