No. 83 of 2025 arising out of Turki P.S. Case No. 79 of 2024 in connection with 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section ¾ of the D.P. Act. 3. From the inquest report, it appears that the deceased died on the railway track and the petitioner is in jail since 2.10.2024. 4. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed. 5. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Patna High Court CR. MISC.
