It is further clariied that merely because the complainant Mr Farid Veljee has iled a separate Criminal Revision Application No.35/2024 against the very same order of the Sessions Judge dated 31.07.2024 seeking enhancement of the sentence, would not dis- entitle the applicant from release on the conditions speciied in this Court's order dated 23.05.2025. 16th June 2025 902-CRMA-56-2025.DOC 2. Consequently, the application is allowed. he applicant shall be released on the terms speciied in this Court's order dated 23.05.2025 in Criminal Misc. Application No.491/2025 (F) on the terms stated therein without reference to the Criminal Revision Application No.40/2019 by the respondent as the release on bail is unconnected with that revision application. he applicant therefore shall not be kept in detention in respect of Criminal Revision Application No.40/2019 and shall be released in the same forthwith.
