It is stated that a representation, dated 01.08.2024, was addressed to the Chief Minister as also certain other State functionaries, which did not elicit any response at all. 3. We are of the opinion that we cannot get into a roving inquiry with a view to determine exact value of the land which has been acquired as also 2 HCJ & RC,J WP(PIL)_5_2025 the compensation which has been paid accordingly to the private respondents. In our opinion, it would be appropriate for the petitioner to avail his remedies by approaching the concerned authorities including the vigilance cell in case so advised. No direction is warranted in the present petition. 4. The W.P(PIL) is, accordingly, dismissed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
