2.
Learned counsel for the accused-petitioner submits that the accused-petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is contended that the first anticipatory bail application was dismissed by this Court observing that there is no reasonable apprehension of arrest of the accused-petitioner. It is also contended that the learned trial Court has taken cognizance against the accused- petitioner for the offences under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of IPC and issued the summons and thereafter the arrest warrant. It is also contended that the accused-petitioner
[2025:RJ-JP:303] (2 of 3) [CRLMB-16444/2024] and the complainant have arrived at compromise and the accused- petitioner has paid the entire amount to the complainant and the complainant has executed the affidavit regarding entering into compromise and receiving the entire amount, therefore, the second anticipatory bail application of the accused-petitioner may be allowed.
3.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the complainant concedes that the compromise have been arrived between the parties and complainant-Rajveer Singh has received amount of Rs.10,00,000/- from the accused-petitioner, therefore, if the second anticipatory bail application of the accused-petitioner is granted, then the complainant has no objection in this regard.
4. Learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the second anticipatory bail application.
5. Heard and perused the material available on the record.
6. Taken into note that the accused-petitioner and the complainant have arrived at compromise, without commenting further on the merits of the case, I deem it just and proper to allow the second anticipatory bail application of the accused- petitioner.
7. Accordingly, the second anticipatory bail application under Section 482 B.N.S.S. is allowed. It is ordered that in the event of arrest of the petitioner-Aditya @ Bhupendra @ Guddu S/o Gyan Singh, in connection with FIR No.306/2021, registered at Police Station Udhyog Nagar (Bharatpur) District Bharatpur, he shall be enlarged on bail he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each to
