1. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submit that impugned order (Annexure P/1) was challenged by the respondent No.4 before the Chhattisgarh State Cooperative Tribunal, Bilaspur, which has been quashed by the said Tribunal, therefore, petitioner wants to challenge the order dated 17.09.2021 passed by the Chhattisgarh State Cooperative Tribunal, Bilaspur i.e. Annexure R/1. Hence, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the instant petition with a liberty to file a fresh petition in the light of changed circumstances.
2. The prayed made by the learned counsel for the petitioner has not been opposed by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.4.
3. On due consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the instant petition with the aforesaid liberty.
