On the next day l'.e., on 13.09.2024 her parents called the de facfo complaI|nant and asked him to come to Government hospI-tal and when he went to the hospltal, he came to know that the vl'ctlm glrl was carryl®ng fourth month pregnancy and he was told that+ during summer vacation when she went to graze the cattle at seesaI'Panuku hl-[lock, the accused, who js brother jn relatI'On to the vI'Ctl-m, forcibly raped her more than once. 4.
