Khatun, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioners. Mr. D. Nath, the learned counsel appears on behalf of the Respondent No.1. Page No.# 6/7 2. The present application has been filed alleging willful and deliberate violation to the order dated 22.10.2024 passed in WP(C) No.1690/2023 whereby there was a direction passed by the learned Coordinate Bench of this Court to dispose of the representation dated 29.12.2022 in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the certified copy of the said order. 3. It is the case of the Petitioners that inspite of such a direction, the representation of the Petitioners was not disposed of for which the instant application has been filed. 4. Mr. D. Nath, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent No.1 has placed before this Court an order dated 27.12.2024 whereby the representation submitted by the Petitioners has been disposed of. The said order dated 27.12.2024 being relevant is kept on record and marked with the letter 'X'. A copy of the said order be furnished to Ms. R. Khatun, the learned counsel who represents the Petitioners. 5. Taking into account the above, nothing further remains in the instant contempt proceedings for which the contempt proceeding stands dropped. 6. Before parting with the record, this Court however observes that the dropping of the instant contempt application shall not Page No.# 7/7 prejudice or preclude the Petitioners to challenge the order dated 27.12.2024, if so advised.
