The Court:- This is an application for grant of probate of the last Will and Testament dated January 18, 2024 left behind by the above-named deceased. The husband of the testatrix predeceased her. The deceased is survived by three legal heirs who have been described in paragraph 4 of the application. All of them have consented to the grant by filing affidavits of consent. The Will has been proved in common form by one of the attesting witnesses. Having regard to the above and since the file has been placed before this Court by the Registrar Insolvency for grant, upon complete scrutiny by the department, therefore, considering the view of the department, this application for grant of probate is allowed by passing orders in terms of prayer (a) of the petition. Accordingly, PLA/121/2025 stands disposed of. (OM NARAYAN RAI, J.) spal
