Attender and in pursuance of the same, the 5*^ respondent appointed the petitioner as Watchman and the petitioner has been discharging the duties. He would also submit that the petitioner discharged duties till 01.10.2024 and thereafter, the 5“" respondent without issuing any notice is not allowing the petitioner to discharge his duties. 3. Learned standing counsel for the S*'" respondent would submit that the petitioner himself is not attending the duties from 28.09.2024 and hence a show cause notice vide Rc.No.23/2024-25 dated 15.10.2024 was issued to the petitioner, however, he refused to receive the same. He would fairly submit that if the petitioner attends duties, the 5'^ respondent will not obstruct the petitioner from attending the duties. He would further submit that the respondent will follow due process. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, without touching the merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 5*^ respondent not to interfere with the petitioner in discharging his duties, without following due process of law.
