Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Cooperation would submit that in pursuance of the interim order passed by this Court, dated 03.08.2018, the petitioner is continuing in service, as such, no further orders are required in this matter. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of. 4. Considering the submissions made, since the petitioner is continuing in the 4th respondent-Society, in the light of the interim order, the Writ Petition is disposed of making the interim order as absolute. There shall be no order as to costs.
