Registry to waive oice objections and register the matter. 2. his is a petition challenging the order of the Sessions Court directing the transfer of a Domestic Violence Case from JMFC Ponda to JMFC Bicholim. he only contention raised by the petitioner is that the transfer ought to have been to JMFC Valpoi, where a lady judge is also available and since the respondent herself claims to be residing in Valpoi with her mother. 3. he respondent has sought transfer of the case from JMFC, Ponda, where at the relevant time there was no lady judge, to JMFC, Bicholim. he Sessions Court has exercised its discretion and considered the administrative exigences and notwithstanding 30th June 2025 5-WPCR-25-2025.DOC the fact that there was a lady judge at Valpoi, has transferred the case, in its wisdom to the JMFC Bicholim, where a lady Magistrate is also posted. he Bicholim Court is otherwise also the choice of the respondent who has alleged domestic violence against herself and the case has been pending since 2023. 4. he discretion has been otherwise properly exercised and there is no inirmity in the impugned order. 5. he petition is therefore dismissed.
