Perused the writ petition papers. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the second respondent-Karnataka Housing Board (for short “Board”) published provisional seniority list of Assistant Executive Engineer under O.M. dated 18.06.2024 and it is in the process of finalizing the said seniority list. Further, learned counsel would submit that the petitioner has submitted Annexures-H and J representations requesting respondent No.2 to consider petitioner’s case - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:4872 WP No. 31790 of 2024 for promotion to the next higher cadre of Executive Engineer which is pending consideration. 3. Learned counsel Sri.H.L.Pradeep Kumar would submit that seniority list of the cadre of Assistant Executive Engineer is yet to be finalized. Learned counsel would also submit that finalizing seniority list is in process. 4. In the light of the above, the following order: The second respondent is directed to consider the representations dated 06.07.2024 and 09.09.2024 (Annexures-H and J) of the petitioner and pass appropriate order, in accordance with law, on publishing final seniority list of the cadre of Assistant Executive Engineer.
