This anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, has been preferred by the petitioners apprehending their arrest for offences registered under Sections 109, 115(2), 126(2), 351, 352, 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 in connection with Dhanbad PS Case No. 49 of 2025 pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad. 3. Learned A.P.P. representing the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail. 4. Considering the fact that these petitioners and others have assaulted the informant, this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 6.
