1. In the present petition, the petitioners are praying for regularization of their services in terms of the judgment passed by Co- ordinate Bench this Court in CWP-8240 of 2008 titled 'Dalbir Singh and others Vs. Pepsu Road Transport Corporation, Patiala through its Managing Director and another decided on 22.03.2010.

Learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions from the petitioners, submits that at this stage, petitioners will be satisfied if a direction may be given to respondents to decide the legal notice dated 27.04.2024 (Annexure P-10), by passing an appropriate speaking order in a time bound manner. Learned counsel further submits that order dated 21.02.2025 (Annexure P-12) may also be taken into consideration by the respondents while deciding the above legal notice.

4. Mr. Abhilaksh Gaind, Advocate (through VC) with Mr. Rakesh Roy, Advocate accept notice on behalf of respondents and do not oppose the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioners.

In view of the above statement made by learned counsel for the petitioners, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to respondent No.1 to consider and decide the legal notice dated 27.04.2024 (Annexure P- 10), which is pending before the authorities concerned within a period of 03 months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order by passing an appropriate speaking order in accordance with law.
