The present writ petition has been filed for following reliefs:- “(i) For issuance of a writ of or in the nature of mandamus commanding upon the Respondent Nos.2 and 3 to enquire the matter and take actions against the responsible persons/the Polling Officers, Presiding Officers who were deputed at Middle School, Kanti during the Lok Sabha Election 2024 under the Barkatta Vidhansabha Bhag-22 are prohibited to the petitioner to cast his vote (use his Mattaadhikar) this is constitution right of the petitioner only due to they have close the voting machines before the time. (ii) Direct the Respondent Nos.2 and 3 to obtained the CCTV footage on 20.05.2024 of the pooling both from 07:00 AM to 05:00 PM from it shows that the Pooling Officers close the voting before system the time stipulated.” 2. It appears that even the voter I.D. number has not been disclosed. It is nothing but vexatious litigation and this petition has been filed after result of the Lok Sabha Election, 2024. 3.
