Therefore, after dismissal of the suit, this petition become redundant and liable to be dismissed as infructuous. Accordingly, the revisional application being C.R.R. 2388 of 2017 along with application being CRAN 3 of 2018 stand dismissed as infructuous. The interim order passed earlier stands vacated.
