Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that under similar circumstances, this Court in W.P.No.32923/2024 by order dated 10.01.2025 has disposed of the writ petition directing the respondent-KIADB to consider the representations given by the petitioner therein. Learned counsel prays for similar orders. 3. As seen in the said writ petition, the grievance of the petitioner was that although an application was filed by the petitioner seeking allotment of an industrial site and the petitioner had deposited the initial amount in terms of the requirement of the rules governing allotment of an industrial site, nevertheless, the application was not further considered, and therefore representations were given by the petitioner. Similarly, in this case too, it is submitted that the petitioner in response to a notification dated 27.11.2023 submitted that application for allotment of an industrial site at Obalapura, (Dabbaspet, 6th Phase) in the General Industrial Area, Nelamangala Taluk, Bangalore Rural District. The petitioner has - 4 - NC: 2025:KHC:3129 WP No. 32817 of 2024 deposited a total sum of Rs.12,64,952/- as on today, which would be 10% of the total project cost. 4. Consequently, the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3-Joint Director, KIADB, Bengaluru, to consider the representation dated 21.03.2024 and 09.05.2024 in furtherance of approval dated 15.03.2024 issued by the District Industries Centre, Bengaluru Rural District, vide Annexure-G, within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
