THIS PETITION, COMING ON FOR ORDERS, THIS DAY, ORDER WAS MADE THEREIN AS UNDER: CORAM: HON'BLE MRS JUSTICE K.S. HEMALEKHA ORAL ORDER The petitioner is seeking for following relief: i. Issue a writ in nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction, directing the Respondent University to issue the B.Pharm Degree Certificate, marks cards and other relevant certificates to the petitioner for having completed the B.Pharm Course of Study, forthwith and/or ii. Issue a writ in nature of mandamus of any other appropriate writ or direction; declaring the petitioner being identically placed as the petitioner in WP.No.3502/2024, to direct the respondent University to issue the B.Pharm Degree Certificate, marks cads and other relevant certificates to the - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:3022 WP No. 31502 of 2024 petitioner for having completed the B.Pharm Course of study, in terms of the directions issued by this Hon'ble Court vide Order dated. 17.09.2024 passed in WP.No.3502/2024 at Annexure G, in the; and iii. Issue any other appropriate writ or order or direction as this Hon'ble deems fit to grant in the facts and circumstances of the case; in the interest of justice and equity. 2. Heard, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing for the respondent - University and a perused the material on record. 3. Learned counsel on both the side submits that the petition is squarely covered by decision of this Court in the case of MR.AJAI KUMAR YADAV VS. RAJIV GANDHI UNIVERSITY1 (MR.AJAI KUMAR YADAV). 4. The petitioner has passed examination of B.pharm and cleared all the backlogs. The petitioner approached the University to issue Certificate and marks card by filing representation, and non-consideration has made the petitioner to approach this Court. This Court in 1 WP No.3502/2024 disposed of on 17.09.2024. - 4 - NC: 2025:KHC:3022 WP No. 31502 of 2024 Mr.Ajai Kumar Yadav's case stated supra in identical matter directed the Universities to handover all the original Certificates, marks cards, degree Certificates etc, in favour of the petitioner, in terms of the representation. Recording the submissions of both counsel that petitioner is also placed as identical to Ajai Kumar Yadav's case, the present writ petition stands disposed directing the respondent - University to hand over all the original certificate etc., in favour of the petitioner in terms of the representation at Annexure-F, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
