Also heard Mr. Shailendra Sharma, learned Panel Lawyer, appearing for the State/respondent No.1 and Mr. Aditya Pandey, learned counsel, appearing for respondent No.2. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking following reliefs :- ROHIT KUMAR CHANDRA Digitally signed by ROHIT KUMAR CHANDRA 2 “It is therefore prayed, that the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this petition and quash the FIR No. 491/2024 dated 13.08.2024 registered by the police of Police Station – Kotwali, Rajnandgaon, District – Rajnandgaon (C.G.), in the interest of justice.” 3. At the very outset, learned State counsel has pointed out in the present matter charge-sheet has filed and the charges have also been framed against the petitioner. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he wants to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to challenge the charge- sheet as well as order framing charge. 5.
