DATED: 18th JUNE 2025 P.C. : 1. he Registry to waive the objections and register the matter. 2. his is an application seeking permission of the Court to vary the conditions of bail and leave to travel to the United Kingdom. It appears that an application iled before the designated POCSO Court, where the applicant is facing trial was rejected on 09.05.2025 on grounds that there are no suicient details stated in the application to enable the court to vary the terms of the bail, more speciically clause (5) of the order dated 26.04.2022, granting him bail. While it is true that the order passed rejecting the application to grant permission to travel must be sustained for the fact that the material particulars as to date of 18th June 2025 909-CRMAM-10-2025.DOC travel and other details are not present in the application, this would not preclude the applicant from iling a fresh application before POCSO Court with all necessary details in such application. 3. he applicant submits that the victim is to be examined on 26.06.2025. his being the case, the POCSO Court is requested to complete the examination and cross-examination of the victim on 26.06.2025 and any other date that may be ixed immediately thereafter. he applicant submits that he would remain present during the course of recording of the evidence of the victim on 26.06.2025 or any other date ixed by the Court. 4. It is further submitted that the applicant has now been issued a VISA for travel to the UK but has not booked his ticket for such travel. In these circumstances, the applicant is granted leave to withdraw this application and to present a fresh application seeking permission of the POCSO Court to travel to the UK after completion of the victim's evidence. such application, if iled, shall be decided on its own merits. 5. With the observations made above and leave as prayed for, the application stands dismissed as withdrawn.
