CMP No. 27303 of 2025 As per the report of the Registry, an amount of Rs. 10,51,933/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs Fifty-One Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty-Three Only) is refundable to the applicant/appellant – Reliance General Insurance Company Ltd., in terms of judgment dated 22.07.2025 passed by this Court in FAO No. 555 of 2018. The calculation made by the Registry is not disputed between the parties. Accordingly, the application is allowed, and the sum of Rs. 10,51,933/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs Fifty-One Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty-Three Only), along with proportionate interest accrued thereon till date, is ordered to be released in favour of the applicant/appellant – Reliance General Insurance Company Ltd., by remitting the same to its bank account as detailed in para 5 of the application, after due verification. The application stands disposed of. CMP No. 26561 of 2025 This application has been filed on behalf of the claimant/respondent No. 1 in FAO No. 555 of 2018 for release of the award amount. The non-applicant/appellant– Reliance General Insurance Company Ltd. is represented through its counsel in the application, and it has been stated that the non- applicant/appellant – Reliance General Insurance Company Ltd. has no objection to granting the prayer made in the application. Accordingly, the application is allowed. The award amount, as per the entitlement of the applicant/respondent No. 1 in terms of the judgment dated 22.07.2025 passed by this Court in FAO No. 555 of 2018, is ordered to be released in favour of the applicant/respondent No. 1 by remitting the same to his bank account, as detailed in para-3 of the application, after due verification.
